2 cups | Ready hamburger mix (recipe) thaw |
10 ounces | Lf or ff tortilla chips or corn chi |
1 \N | Head lettuce, small; shredded |
1 \N | Tomato, large; diced |
1 cup | Lf cheddar cheese; grated |
7 ounces | Green chili salsa |
Heat hamburger mix in a medium skillet. On individual plates, layer hot mix, tortilla or corn chips, lettuce, tomato pieces and cheese.
Top with salsa to taste.
