Turkey tacos

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed
\N \N Grated rind and juice of 1/2 lime
2 tablespoons Taco relish
1 teaspoon Freshly chopped coriander
454 grams Turkey breast; cut into 1cm (1/2
\N \N ; inch) strips (1lb)
1 tablespoon Oil
\N \N Taco shells
\N \N Shredded lettuce
\N \N Chopped tomatoes
\N \N Taco relish

TO SERVE

1. Mix the marinade ingredients together, add the turkey. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and stir-fry the marinaded turkey for approximately 10 minutes, until crisp and golden.

3. Heat the taco shells following pack instructions, divide the turkey between the shells and top with the lettuce, chopped tomatoes and taco relish.
