Creamy tacos

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 large Onion; chopped
1 can Tomatoes with green chiles (rotel)
1 can (large) tomatoes; chopped
1 can Ranch-style beans
1 pack Chili mix
1 can (small) evaporated milk
½ pounds Pasteurized processed cheese
Tortilla chips

In skillet, brown ground beef & onions. Drain. In a large glass dish mix tomatoes, beans, chili mix, milk & cheese. Heat in microwave (or oven) until cheese melts. Add ground beef & onion mixture. Serve over corn or tortilla chips. Serves 10-12.
