1canTomatoes with green chiles (rotel)
1can(large) tomatoes; chopped
1canRanch-style beans
1packChili mix
1can(small) evaporated milk
½poundsPasteurized processed cheese
Tortilla chips

Directions

In skillet, brown ground beef & onions. Drain. In a large glass dish mix tomatoes, beans, chili mix, milk & cheese. Heat in microwave (or oven) until cheese melts. Add ground beef & onion mixture. Serve over corn or tortilla chips. Serves 10-12.
