Spinach-grapefruit salad

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh Spinach
1 small Head Radicchio, Separated
Into Leaves
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Sugar 1/2 t. Pepper
¼ teaspoon Paprika, 1/8 t. Red Pepper
2 cups Peeled, Cubed Ripe Papaya
2 larges Pink Grapefruit, Peeled
& Sectioned
2 mediums Oranges,
Peeled & Sectioned
½ medium Onion Thin Onion Rings

Remove Stems From Spinach. Wash & Pat Dry On Paper Towels. Tear Into Bite-Size Pieces. Combine Spinach & Radicchio in A Large Bowl. Toss Well.

Combine Lemon Juice, Oil, Sugar, Pepper, Paprika, Salt & Red Pepper in A Jar. Cover Tightly & Shake Vigorously.

Add To Spinach Mixture, Tossing Gently. Add Papaya, Orange & Onion. Toss Gently.
