Spinach mold salad

2packs(3 Oz) Lemon Gelatin
cupBoiling Water
3dropsTobasco Sauce
3tablespoonsVinegar
1cupMayonnaise
1packFrozen Chopped Spinach; Uncooked
cupDiced Celery
2tablespoonsChopped Onion
Salt And Pepper; To Taste
cupSmall curd cottage cheese

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in the 1¾ cup. boiling water. Add the next 7 ingredients, then fold in the cottage cheese. Pour into a 6-cup mold.

Refrigerate until set.
