Spinach mold salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (3 Oz) Lemon Gelatin
1¾ cup Boiling Water
3 drops Tobasco Sauce
3 tablespoons Vinegar
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 pack Frozen Chopped Spinach; Uncooked
⅔ cup Diced Celery
2 tablespoons Chopped Onion
\N \N Salt And Pepper; To Taste
1½ cup Small curd cottage cheese

Dissolve gelatin in the 1¾ cup. boiling water. Add the next 7 ingredients, then fold in the cottage cheese. Pour into a 6-cup mold.

Refrigerate until set.
