1¾ cup | Boiling Water |
3 drops | Tobasco Sauce |
3 tablespoons | Vinegar |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
1 pack | Frozen Chopped Spinach; Uncooked |
⅔ cup | Diced Celery |
2 tablespoons | Chopped Onion |
Salt And Pepper; To Taste | |
1½ cup | Small curd cottage cheese |
Dissolve gelatin in the 1¾ cup. boiling water. Add the next 7 ingredients, then fold in the cottage cheese. Pour into a 6-cup mold.
Refrigerate until set.
