Spinach and strawberry salad with honey dress

| 2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| To taste | ||
| 1 | cup | Thickly sliced fresh |
| Strawberries | ||
| 1 | small | Thinly sliced red onion |
Directions
Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and place in salad bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together vinegars, water, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to the spinach and toss lightly. Add strawberries and onion.
