|1½ cup||Chopped raw spinach leaves|
|4 \N||Green onions; sliced|
|\N \N||Vegan salad dressing (your favorite one)|
Combine the spinach, watercress, green onions, and cashews in a serving bowl. Spoon the dressing over the salad and toss. Eat immediately while crisp.
