Spinach, red pepper and pine nut pizza

| 1 | cup | Mozzarella -- shredded |
| ½ | cup | Mozzarella -- shredded |
| 2 | tablespoons | Pine nuts -- toasted |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450~. Heat oil. Add red pepper, onion, salt and pepper; cook until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Add garlic; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add spinach; cook, stirring, until wilted.
Sprinkle crust with 1 c mozzarella. Layer with veggie mixture, ½ c more mozzarella and pine nut. Bake 10 miinutes. Per slice: Cal, 265, Fat 12 gr.
