Spicy prawn and bramley noodles

175 grams Medium egg noodles; (6oz)
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon Sherry
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
350 grams Bramley apples; peeled, cored and
\N \N ; sliced (12oz)
1 \N Red pepper; deseeded and sliced
100 grams Mangetout; sliced (4oz)
2 \N Cloves garlic; chopped
2½ \N Cm; (1inch) piece of
\N \N ; ginger, chopped
1 bunch Spring onions; shredded
225 grams Cooked tiger prawns; thawed if frozen
\N \N ; (8oz)

Cook the noodles according to the packet intructions. Drain, toss in the sesame oil nad set aside. Mix the soy, chilli, sherry together until smooth, set aside.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the apples and pepper slices and stir fry for 4 minutes, or until golden. Add the mangetout, garlic, ginger and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the prawns, spring onions and soy sauce mixture to the wok with 150ml (¼ pint) water and stir fry for 1 minute. Stir in the noodles and serve immediately.
