Spicy currant jelly sauce

1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
¾cupCurrant jelly
½cupIndian chutney
1teaspoonLemon juice
1tablespoonBrandy
Salt; to taste
1teaspoonDry mustard; opt'l

Directions

Combine ingredients in a double boiler and heat to just below a boil.

Serve with game, cold roasts and tongue.
