Marinade:

1tablespoonFresh ginger root -- peeled
& minced
4Cloves garlic -- minced
4tablespoonsSesame oil
2tablespoonsChili sauce -- hot
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
1tablespoonRice vinegar
1Whole lime -- juiced
pinchSugar -- optional

Directions

Cut beef into long strips, about ⅛ inch thick. Mix remaining ingredients. Add beef strips to bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Weave 1 or more strips of beef on each skewer. Grill or broil, turning occasionally (2 to 3 minutes each side) or until desired doneness.
