Spice blueberry jam

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh or frozen blueberries
3½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon Ground cloves
3 ounces Pouch
\N \N Liquid fruit pectin

Crush berries; measure 2½ cups & place in a large pot. Add sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon & cloves. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir in pectin; return to a full rolling boil. Boil another minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace. Adjust caps. Process 15 min. in a boiling- water bath.
