Ingredients

| 3 | pounds | Lean beef; (flank, round or sirloin tip) |
| ¾ | cup | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion powder |
| 1 | Garlic clove; crushed | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cracked pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Liquid smoke; (optional) |
Directions
Cut beef into strips ½ inch thick. Combine marinade ingredients in a large glass baking dish. Add strips of beef, cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain beef slices.
