Southwestern pork chops

| 4 | Pork rib chops | |
| 1 | cup | Salsa |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| ¼ | cup | Monterey Jack cheese; shredded |
Directions
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Saut pork chops 2 minutes per side.
Add salsa and cumin. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover skillet and simmer 6-7 minutes or until pork is cooked throughout. Spoon sauce over pork and sprinkle with cheese.
