South-of-the-border cheese log

Measure Ingredient
2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento Fancy Supreme Shredded Cheese For Nachos & Tacos
1 cup (8 oz.) Sargento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies; drained
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine; softened
2 tablespoons Minced green onion
½ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
¼ cup Minced fresh cilantro or parsley

Combine all ingredients except cilantro in small bowl of electric mixer.

Mix on medium speed until well blended. Chill 1 hour. Shape into log; roll in cilantro
