Ingredients

| 2 | cups | (8 oz.) Sargento Fancy Supreme Shredded Cheese For Nachos & Tacos | 
| 1 | cup | (8 oz.) Sargento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese | 
| 1 | can | (4 oz.) chopped green chilies; drained | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine; softened | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced green onion | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce | 
| ¼ | cup | Minced fresh cilantro or parsley | 
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in small bowl of electric mixer. 
Mix on medium speed until well blended. Chill 1 hour. Shape into log; roll in cilantro
