Lincoln cheese log

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (8-oz) cream cheese
4 tablespoons (heaping) horseradish
\N \N Tabasco to taste
2 teaspoons Seasoned mustard
\N \N Chipped beef or ham

Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly, using enough Tabasco to give a good, tangy bite. Roll into 1 or 2 logs & coat with chipped beef. Chill before serving.
