Yield: 12 Servings
|2 packs||(8-oz) cream cheese|
|4 tablespoons||(heaping) horseradish|
|\N \N||Tabasco to taste|
|2 teaspoons||Seasoned mustard|
|\N \N||Chipped beef or ham|
Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly, using enough Tabasco to give a good, tangy bite. Roll into 1 or 2 logs & coat with chipped beef. Chill before serving.
