| 2 | packs | (8-oz) cream cheese |
| 4 | tablespoons | (heaping) horseradish |
| Tabasco to taste | ||
| 2 | teaspoons | Seasoned mustard |
| Chipped beef or ham | ||
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly, using enough Tabasco to give a good, tangy bite. Roll into 1 or 2 logs & coat with chipped beef. Chill before serving.
