South african beef and potato soup

2Onions; chopped
2quartsBeef stock
3largesPotatoes; peeled and sliced
Salt to taste
1tablespoonCurry powder
2Bay leaves
1tablespoonVinegar
1teaspoonZatarain's Creole Seasoning

Directions

Melt butter and brown beef and onions. Add beef stock, salt, curry powder and=0Abay leaves. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 45 minutes. Add=0Apotatoes and vinegar.
