South african beef and potato soup

| 1 | pounds | Sirloin tip roast; cut in 1 inch cubes |
| 2 | Onions; chopped | |
| 2 | quarts | Beef stock |
| 3 | larges | Potatoes; peeled and sliced |
| Salt to taste | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Curry powder |
| 2 | Bay leaves | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Zatarain's Creole Seasoning |
Directions
Melt butter and brown beef and onions. Add beef stock, salt, curry powder and=0Abay leaves. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 45 minutes. Add=0Apotatoes and vinegar.
