Sourdough panckaes

| ¼ | cup | Egg BeatersĀ® 99% egg substitute |
| 1 | cup | Skim milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Canola oil |
| 1½ | cup | Buttermilk pancake mix |
| ½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
Directions
