Yield: 4 servings
|¼ pounds||Noodles, 1/4-inch wide or wider; cooked|
|1 cup||Cottage cheese|
|1 cup||Sour cream|
|¼ cup||Onion; chopped|
|¼ cup||Green pepper; chopped|
|½ cup||Celery; chopped|
|1 cup||Mushrooms; sliced|
|1 each||Egg; slightly beaten|
|⅛ teaspoon||Freshly ground pepper|
|4 tablespoons||Butter; melted|
|1 cup||Tuna; well-drained and flaked|
|1½ cup||Diced cooked poultry|
Preheat the oven to 375F. Butter a 1-½ quart casserole dish.
[Cook noodles according to package directions.] Put the cooked noodles into a bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients. Put into the casserole dish and bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until bubbling and set.
