Sour-cream baked noodles - ff

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ pounds Noodles, 1/4-inch wide or wider; cooked
1 cup Cottage cheese
1 cup Sour cream
¼ cup Onion; chopped
¼ cup Green pepper; chopped
½ cup Celery; chopped
1 cup Mushrooms; sliced
1 each Egg; slightly beaten
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
4 tablespoons Butter; melted
1 cup Tuna; well-drained and flaked
1½ cup Diced cooked poultry


Preheat the oven to 375F. Butter a 1-½ quart casserole dish.

[Cook noodles according to package directions.] Put the cooked noodles into a bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients. Put into the casserole dish and bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until bubbling and set.
