Sour cream / cream cheese mashed potatoes

1 pack Ore-Ida Mashed Potatoes
⅔ cup Sour cream; (can substitute
\N \N ; light sour cream)
8 ounces Light cream cheese
2 tablespoons Real bacon bits
1 tablespoon Finely chopped scallion; (2-3 scallions using
\N \N ; white ends and
\N \N ; half-way up on
\N \N ; green stem)
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare potatoes following package directions but using only 2 cups milk.

Add sour cream and cream cheese to warm potatoes. Stir until creamy and blended. Add bacon bits and scallions. Add salt and pepper to taste. For dryer potatoes, reduce milk by ⅓ cup.
