2tablespoonsSoft Butter
½tablespoonSalt

Directions

Combine the first 3 ingredients and let stand until it bubbles.

Combine the next 3 ingredients and add the yeast mixture. Add remaining flour and kneed 2-3 minutes. Divide into 8-10 pieces and roll out into a rope. Shape into pretezels. Place on greased cookie sheets and brush with eggs. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake in a preheated 425F oven for 12-15 minutes.
