Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
1½ cup Warm water
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
4 cups Flour
1 \N Egg

Mix yeast, water, sugar and salt in a bowl. Stir in flour, mix well. Place dough on table knead until smooth (make shapes). Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees on baking sheet or on Reynolds (plastic) wrap. These taste just like the one's they sell in NYC on the street corners! Recipe Archive - 01 July 1996
