Soft pretzels (ai)

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Dry yeast
1½ cup Warm water
⅛ teaspoon Salt
4½ cup Flour
½ cup Cold Water
¼ cup Baking Soda

Mix first four ingredients - let rise for 15 minutes. Then shape into pretzels, lay on a greased cookie sheet, let rise. Mix cold water and baking soda, brush mixture over pretzels.
