Snappy seafood pita sandwichs

| ½ | cup | Red onion, finely chopped |
| ½ | cup | Green pepper, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Yogurt, plain low-fat |
| 2 | ounces | Feta cheese, fine crumbled |
| ¼ | cup | Cilantro, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | clove | Garlic, minced |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper, fresh ground |
| 4 | Pita breads, cut in half | |
Directions
*Louis Kemp Fat Free Crab or Lobster Delights. May use up to 3 oz feta cheese and up to 6 pita breads.
In a large bowl, combine all ingreditents ::except:: bread; mix well.
Chill. Serve seafood mixture in pita bread halves OR on lettuce leaves, as desired.
