Smoked-turkey reuben with onion-apple relish

| 4 | tablespoons | Sauerkraut, drained |
Directions
Open-faced sandwich:
In a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, saute the onions in the oil until they begin to soften. Add the apples and cook, stirring occasionally, until the slices start to soften, about 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, mix the mustard, yogurt and sugar; stir into the onions and apples. Spread the onion-apple relish onto the bread. Top each with the turkey and saurerkraut. Wrap the sandwiches in foil and warm at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Servings: 2 Per serving: 166 calories, 4⅒ g fat (21 percent of calories). 12 mg cholesterol, 563 mg sodium, 2.9 g dietary fiber.
