Turkey reuben

Measure Ingredient
1 slice Bread -- white sliced
1 teaspoon Mustard
2 ounces Cooked turkey breast meat --
Sliced thinly
⅛ teaspoon Caraway seed
½ cup Sauerkraut
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 medium Pepper -- rings optional

Place the toast on an ungreased baking sheet; spread the top with mustard.. Arrange turkey over mustard. Sprinkle with caraway seed; top with the sauerkraut and cheese. Broil about 4 in. from the heat for 3 min. or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Top with pepper rings if desired. Yield: 1 serving.
