Turkey red reubens sandwich

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise or salad
\N \N Dressing
2 slices Rye bread
2 ounces Thinly sliced cooked turkey
\N \N Breast
⅓ cup Canned shredded sweet and
\N \N Sour red -
\N \N Cabbage -- drained
1½ ounce Sliced Monterey Jack cheese

Spread mayonnaise or salad dressing on each slice of bread. Place sliced turkey on 1 of the bread slices. Top with drained cabbage. Place sliced cheese on the cabbage, then top with remaining slice of bread, mayonnaise side down. Chill until serving time. May heat briefly in Microwave to melt cheese.
