Smoked habaneros in adobo sauce

| 5 | eaches | Cloves of garlic, minced |
| 4 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| 5 | tablespoons | Catsup |

| 1 | pinch | Salt |
Directions
Smoke habaneros until golden brown and semi-dry. Chop into small pieces and add into other ingredients. Simmer gently uncovered for about 1 hour.
