Smoked garlic salmon

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large (2 pounds or so) salmon fillet
10 \N Cloves of garlic crushed
3 tablespoons Butter
4 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Sage
1 teaspoon Oregano

Prepare smoker for a 4 hour smoke. Wash salmon and place in a large glass pan. Cover with other ingredients and place in smoker for 4 hours. Remove and serve.
