Smoked garlic salmon

1large(2 pounds or so) salmon fillet
10Cloves of garlic crushed
3tablespoonsButter
4tablespoonsLemon juice
1teaspoonSage
1teaspoonOregano

Directions

Prepare smoker for a 4 hour smoke. Wash salmon and place in a large glass pan. Cover with other ingredients and place in smoker for 4 hours. Remove and serve.
