Measure | Ingredient |

1 large | Small fillets of salmon |
1 tablespoon | Salt |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
4 \N | Crushed garlic cloves |
Mix the salt, sugar and garlic. Rub this well into the salmon. Leave in fridge a couple of hours. Fry salmon and serve with stir fried vegetables.
