Smoked eggs

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Hard-cooked eggs
½ cup Water
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Liquid smoke
1 teaspoon Sugar

Peel eggs, place in a pint jar. Heat remaining ingredients; pour over eggs.

Cover and refrigerate 2 days before eating. Slice and serve on crackers.
