Cherry tomato and grilled onion salad

Measure Ingredient
1 large Onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 pint Red Cherry Tomatoes, stemmed
\N \N And halved
1 pint Yellow Cherry Tomatoes,
\N \N Stemmed and halved
1 \N Clove Garlic, minced
⅓ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Basalmic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Italian Parsley, chopped
\N \N Salt
\N \N Ground Pepper

DRESSING

Brown onion in vegetable oil in a large skillet. Toss with cherry tomatoes and dressing ingredients. Serve.
