| 1 | Egg; separated | |
| 3 | teaspoons | Cinnamon |
| 1 | pinch | Hirschhornsalz |
| ½ | pounds | Flour |
| 2 | packs | (2.-oz) blanched; slivered almonds |
Directions
Cream butter & sugar. Add one egg plus one egg yolk & cinnamon. Mix flour & Hirschhornsalz together & add to egg mixture. Place dough on greased baking tin, cover with egg white & sprinkle with almonds. Bake in 400 oven for 10 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.
