10 eaches Egg yolks; beaten with
10 tablespoons Sugar
½ cup Cream; thick
4 eaches Egg whites; stiffly beaten
½ cup Butter; melted - strained
1 teaspoon Cardamom
Citron or orange peel; crus hed
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Flour; to roll

Directions

Roll and cut. Bake in deep fat. Note: Calls for 1 to 2 t. cardamom and a little crushed citron or orange peel. Fat at 375 F. ?
