Simply sensational cheesecake

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Butter or margarine --
\N \N Melted
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
3 larges Eggs
¼ cup Lemon juice
8 ounces Sour cream -- room
\N \N Temperature
2 \N 8oz cream cheese-softened

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set; top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Chill. Just before serving, remove side of springform pan. Top with strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
