½ pounds | Mushrooms -- sliced |
1½ cup | Sour cream |
1 tablespoon | Chives -- chopped |
½ tablespoon | Fresh parsley -- chopped |
½ teaspoon | Paprika |

\N \N | Black pepper |
¼ cup | Parmesan cheese -- grated |
Saute shrimp in butter for 3 minutes, add the mushrooms and saute until tender. Blend in sour cream, parsley, and chives. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Cook 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Spoon into 4 scallop shells, sprinkle tops with Parmesan cheese and broil for 3-5 minutes, until tops are golden. Recipe By : Elizabeth Powell File
