Shrimp ball

Ingredients

½poundsCooked small shrimp, coarsley chopped
2tablespoonsMinced onion
¼teaspoonSalt
8ouncesCream cheese, softened
1tablespoonLemon juice
1tablespoonHorseradish
½cupFinely chopped parsley

Directions

Mix shrimp, onion, salt, cream cheese, lemon juice, and horseradish together well. Divide in half and shape into balls. Roll in parsley.
