Shrimp au courvoisier

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Jumbo shrimp
¾ cup Cold butter
1 clove Garlic
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Chopped fresh parsley
½ cup Courvoisier
1½ cup Toasted bread crumbs
2 minutes or until brown.

Peel and devein shrimp. Beat butter with garlic and salt until light and fluffy. Add the parsley and Courvoisier. Mix well. Stir in the bread crumbs.
