Shore leave picnic loaf

1smallThinly sliced tomato
1smallThinly sliced red onion
6Fresh spinach leaves (no stems)
6slicesTurkey
6slicesBoiled ham
1cupShredded mozzarella cheese
½Peeled thinly sliced cuke
1Loaf round sourdough bread

Directions

From: Gerald Edgerton <jerrye@...> Date: Thu, 23 May 1996 10:47:05 -0700 Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut slice from top of bread loaf. Remove center leaving ½" shell. Lightly brush inside of shell and top with dressing.

Fill shell with remaining ingredients. Cover top of bread loaf. Wrap in foil. Bake 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serve hot or cold. 6 to 8 servings.
