| 1 | Small carrot grated | |
| 1 | Medium tomato finely chopped | |
| 1 | Medium onion finely chopped | |
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees c or 375 degrees f or gas 5. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well until combined.
Place a strip of foil on a baking sheet and place the mixture onto it. Shape into a loaf or use a lined loaf tin. Bake for one hour.
Serve hot or cold.
