Sherry cake

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yellow cake mix
1 pack Instant vanilla pudding
¾ cup Chopped nuts
¾ cup Cooking oil
1 tablespoon Butter flavoring
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
¾ cup Sherry
¼ cup Sugar
4 Eggs

Mix all ingredients and beat 10 minutes. Grease bundt pan. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Cool for a few minutes. Turn out.

Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tb sugar ¾ cup of cream ¼ cup of melted butter

Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, 3 tb of wine and butter flavoring. Punch holes in cake with a toothpick. Pour glaze over warm cake slowly, so it can soak in. Randy Rigg
