Self-filled cupcakes

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 \N 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese,
\N \N Softened
⅓ cup Sugar
1 \N Egg
1 dash Salt
1 \N 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Mix cake as directed on package. Fill paper baking cups in muffin pans ⅔ full. Cream the cheese and sugar; beat in egg and salt.

Stir in chocolate chips. Drop one rounded teaspoon of cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake as package directs.
