| Chef salt to taste | ||
| 1 | dash | Fresh lemon juice |
Directions
Heat skillet. Add olive oil, sea scallops and mushrooms and saute. Add chopped parsley, tomatoes, red pepper, and lemon juice. Season with Chef salt and serve.
