1ounceFresh mushrooms sliced
1teaspoonChopped parsley
1ounceWhite wine
1tablespoonTomatoes; peeled and diced
1tablespoonRed pepper julienne
Chef salt to taste
1dashFresh lemon juice

Directions

Heat skillet. Add olive oil, sea scallops and mushrooms and saute. Add chopped parsley, tomatoes, red pepper, and lemon juice. Season with Chef salt and serve.
