3½ cup | Thawed cool whip |
2 cups | Graham cracker crumbs |
1½ cup | Apple; peeled, coarsely chopped |
½ cup | Light corn syrup |
1 teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | Nutmeg |
1⅓ cup | Walnut pieces |
1 tablespoon | Butter; softened |
Grease or spray 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. In large bowl, beat eggs with fork. Gently fold in next 3 ingredients, ¼ cup of the corn syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg until blended. Spread evenly in pan. Mix remaining corn syrup, walnut pieces and butter. Spoon evenly over batter. Bake in 350° oven 45 min or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool in dish.
