Scalloped potatoes and peppers

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Sweet red Pepper, sliced |
| ⅓ | cup | Sweet green pepper, sliced |
| ⅓ | cup | Sweet yellow pepper, sliced |
| ½ | cup | Onion, minced |
| Salt and pepper to taste^ | ||
| 1 | can | Cream of Mushroom soup |
| 1 | can | Milk |
| ½ | cup | Cheddar cheese grated |
| ½ | cup | Mozzarella cheese grated |
Directions
Spray 13 by 9 baking dish with Vegetable Oil Spray. Mix milk and soup together. layer as follows, potatoes, peppers, onion, salt and pepper, cheese for 2 layers, then for last layer, top with soup mixture, then top with cheese.
Bake 350 for 1 hour. covered, uncover and bake 10 minutes longer let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
