Spicy scalloped potatoes

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Thinly sliced Potatoes
1 each Salt
3 tablespoons Margarine
1 each Thinly sliced Onion
1 each Pepper
½ can 1/4 to 1/2 cn. Roi-tel Tomat

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In lightly oiled casserol dish place layer of potatoes, salt, pepper & lightly sprinkle with flour, then place layer of onions. Alternate potatoes, onions until all are used.

Heat milk, margarine & chopped Roi-tel tomatoes & green chiles. Pour liquid over potatoes, cover with foil & bake one hour. Remove foil & bake additional 30 minutes.
