|1¼ pounds||Sea scallops|
|1¼||Red bell peppers; seeded and sliced|
|1¼||Green bell peppers; seeded and sliced|
|1¼||Jalape=F1o peppers; minced|
|¾ teaspoon||Garlic salt|
|2 tablespoons||Plus 2 tsp. lime or lemon juice|
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min.
Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add scallops and peppers and cook 5-6 minutes. Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste, and lime or lemon juice.
