Scallops with peppers

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Plus 2 tsp. unsalted butter
1¼ pounds Sea scallops
Red bell peppers; seeded and sliced
Green bell peppers; seeded and sliced
Jalape=F1o peppers; minced
¾ teaspoon Garlic salt
2 tablespoons Plus 2 tsp. lime or lemon juice

Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min.

Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add scallops and peppers and cook 5-6 minutes. Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste, and lime or lemon juice.
