Savory meat latkes

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Grated onion
3 \N Egg yolks -lightly beaten
1 dash Pepper
½ pounds Ground beef
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Minced parsley
3 \N Egg whites, stiffly beaten



Drop by spoonfulls onto greased hot frypan or griddle. When puffed and brown, turn and brown other side. Serve at once wirh Mushroom sauce or tomato sauce - approx. 6 serv.
