Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Hot dogs, sliced |
1 medium | Onion, chopped |
¼ cup | Flour |
¾ teaspoon | Salt |
1 dash | Pepper |
½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
½ teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ cup | Catsup |
½ cup | Water |
1 cup | Diced celery |
½ cup | Grated cheddar cheese (up to 3/4) |
½ \N | Stick margerine |
Brown weiners, onion, and celery in margerine. Blend in flour. Add seasonings, catsup, and water. Cook, covered, on low heat until celery is tender.
Add cheese. Heat until the cheese melts. Serve in warm hot dog rolls. This will fill about 12 rolls.
