Yield: 6 servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
2 pounds | Pork tenderloin -- sliced |
Thin or 1" cu | |
6 | Garlic cloves -- crushed |
1 tablespoon | Coriander -- ground |
1 tablespoon | Cumin -- ground |
1 tablespoon | Turmeric -- ground |
1 teaspoon | Pepper, white -- ground |
1 tablespoon | Sugar -- brown |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
½ cup | Coconut milk |
Mix pork, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, pepper, sugar, salt and coconut milk in a bowl ... thoroughly. Marinate for at least 1 hour ... preferably overnight in the refridgerator.
Put 4 pieces of pork on a bamboo skewer and browl over hot charcoal for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with Nam Chim Taeng Kwa or Nam Chim Satay.
[Specifically for Jennie who wanted recipes to use the sauces and likes Satay Thai!] BTW, the same recipe can be used with beef or chicken.
